We do our best to provide a quality product and the correct product, but from time to time a product needs to be returned.
Lock'er Down® products carry a lifetime warranty. This excludes the lock which is made by a different manufacturer.

Please call us first to clarify the issue and make sure the correct model is available.
Return the incorrect model prepaid, complete as you received it along with the amount you paid shipping on the original order. If the correct model is not available, we will gladly refund the purchase price.

We will send a prepaid shipping label. When we receive the incorrect model, we prepay the correct model to you.

Return the item within 14 days and we will refund your money.
